Spraino is a Teflon patch that is applied to the outside of the shoe to reduce the friction between the sports shoe and the floor. This is now also available in a new transparent white version. Spraino reduces the chance of ankle injuries and reduces the damaging force on the ankle joint by over 90%. Tested and approved for handball, badminton and volleyball.
The package contains 2 wet wipes, 2 x 4 Spraino patches (enough for two pairs of shoes).
Depending on the athlete's activity level, the patch lasts somewhere between 20-40 hours before it needs to be replaced. Of course, it depends on the level, height and weight of the player.
